Stayed here for celebrating birthday and had a pleasant time, we recommend this hotel. Loved Bansko, the venue was peaceful and upscale to gondola or to a slope. The breakfast was very very good and with quality food; the stuff was helpful! The free parking was outside, good service.

The hotel is perfect in every way. Nice building and rooms with a mountain view. Good service overall. Parking is available in the area. The pool was excellent and comfortable to sit around. It is in a remote location at a moderate distance from an orthodox church.

The staff was very friendly and caring. the location was stunning, with Molerite just a short stroll away. the hotel was really close to the skiing slope and the hill.

thanks for a very very good stay in bansko town. the rooms here are impressive and a nice size with mountain view. the location is nice and they have parking outside. there's cool cafe retro at a walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.
